ORDERS

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.

PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are in DKK (Danish Kroner) and include Danish VAT (25%) where applicable. Shipping costs will be added at checkout.
We accept payments via; Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.
We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including images, designs, logos, and text, is the property of HIDDEN GOODS and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

 

We offer shipping within Denmark and internationally.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Delivery Time: Estimated at 2–7 days within Denmark and 5–21 days for international orders.

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

We are not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or delays for international shipments.
